Healthcare (SHARP)

For eligible employees with at least 15 years of service prior to July 1, 2020. Covers SHARP (Supplemental Healthcare Adventist Retirement Plan) provisions regarding Pre-Medicare, Medicare, HRA, Rx, Dental/Vision/Hearing

Defined Benefit Pension

For eligible employees with pre-2000 service under the Defined Benefit pension plan. Covers benefits, decisions timeline, “when can I retire?”, how and when to apply for retirement.
